1° AWARD PERDONANZA CELESTINIANA
La manifestazione è ideata e organizzata dalla sezione ARI di L’Aquila ed è aperta a tutti gli OM.
Con il diploma (AWARD PERDONANZA CELESTINIANA) si vuole ricordare la Perdonanza Celestiniana che da settecentoventitre anni è un invito simbolico alla Pace tra tutti i popoli che oggi come ieri rappresenta un’esigenza vitale in un panorama geopolitico scandito da guerra e morte.
La Perdonanza dell’Aquila è culla del valore universale di spiritualità che prende forma attraversando la Porta Santa della Basilica di Santa Maria di Collemaggio. Il rito solenne che Papa Celestino V, a un mese dalla sua elezione a Pontefice, nel 1294 concesse a tutti i fedeli, nella basilica costruita per sua stessa volontà. L’umile eremita del Morrone, il primo pontefice dimissionario della storia papale, ha lasciato agli aquilani la custodia di un messaggio sociale di rivoluzionaria importanza.

With the diploma (CELESTIAN FORGIVENESS AWARD) we want to remember the Celestinian Forgiveness which for seven hundred and twenty-three years has been a symbolic invitation to Peace among all peoples which today as yesterday represents a vital need in a geopolitical landscape marked by war and death. The Pardon of L’Aquila is the cradle of the universal value of spirituality that takes shape when crossing the Holy Door of the Basilica of Santa Maria di Collemaggio. The solemn rite that Pope Celestine V, a month after his election as Pontiff, in 1294 granted to all the faithful, in the basilica built by his own will. The humble hermit of Morrone, the first pope to resign in papal history, left the custody of a social message of revolutionary importance to the inhabitants of L’Aquila.

REGOLAMENTO
1. Gestione
La manifestazione è ideata e organizzata dalla sezione ARI di L’Aquila ed è aperta a tutti gli OM.
2. Inizio / Fine
Dalle ore 00.00 UTC del 19-08-2023 alle ore 23.59 UTC del 03-09-2023
3. OM QSO
L’award viene rilasciato a seguito dei collegamenti effettuati con stazioni IQ di sezione autorizzate dalla sezione ARI dell’Aquila (vedi punto 8) nonché con la “stazione evento” II6POPE, che effettueranno chiamate: “CQ PERDONANZA CELESTINIANA / CQ CELESTIAN FORGIVENESS ”, durante il periodo indicato nel punto 2 del presente regolamento. Sono validi i QSO 2-way con scambio del solo rapporto R/S (R/S/T per CW e modi digitali).
La lista delle stazione IQ partecipanti l’award sarà pubblicata sulla pagina web del diploma.
4. Bande
Bande utilizzate saranno le HF (80–40-20-15-10m) + WARC
Le stazioni attivatrici potranno essere collegate una volta al giorno per ogni banda e modo diverso.
5. Modi
CW, SSB e modi Digitali.
6. Classifica
L’award prevede la classifica per i cacciatori, visibile in tempo reale sulla piattaforma hamaward.cloud (attraverso login personale) (vedi punto 9).
7. Punteggio
Modi Digitali: 2 punti. Per ogni collegamento, per ogni banda e nel modo RTTY, PSK, FT4, FT8. SSB: 5 punti. Per ogni collegamento, per ogni banda e nel modo SSB. CW: 10 punti. Per ogni collegamento, per ogni banda e nel modo CW.
La stazione II6POPE vale 10 punti a prescindere dal modo di emissione.
8. Stazioni attivatrici
Oltre la II6POPE: “stazione evento”, ci saranno stazioni IQ che aderiscono al diploma in rappresentanza delle regioni simbolo della vita di Papa Celestino V (ABRUZZO, MOLISE, UMBRIA, LAZIO)

9. Award
L’intera gestione dell’award sia per gli attivatori che cacciatori è in real time gestito dalla piattaforma hamaward.cloud.
10. Squalifica
È fatto assoluto divieto ai cacciatori di richiedere agli attivatori la messa a log di un nominativo al di fuori del proprio, spostarsi di banda o modo. Chi non osserverà le norme dall’award verrà squalificato a insindacabile giudizio dell’organizzazione.
11. Classifica e Premi
Verranno stilate due classifiche, una per gli OM italiani ed un’altra per gli OM stranieri. Le stazioni che avranno ottenuto il punteggio più elevato per ogni categoria riceveranno una targa benedetta.
12. Rilascio award
A tutti i partecipanti verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione, a tutti coloro che raggiungeranno i 200 punti, verrà rilasciato l’award con l’indicata categoria, punteggio ottenuto e posizione in classifica.
L’attestato e l’award, in alta risoluzione, saranno scaricabili dalla piattaforma “hamaward.cloud” al termine della manifestazione. Le eQsl di ogni collegamento saranno scaricabili dalla piattaforma “hamaward.cloud” in qualsiasi momento, anche durante la manifestazione (per le eqsl devi andare in hamaward.cloud: nella Dashboard selezionare hunter, scegliere l’award e scaricare le proprie eqsl). La QSL cartacea potrà essere richiesta via diretta (2 dollari o busta preaffrancata per l’Italia) o via buro al QSL manager.
Dopo la pubblicazione della classifica generale, tutti gli OM che ne hanno diritto, potranno ricevere il diploma in formato pergamena, facendone esplicita richiesta via email: info@ariaq.it, inviando un contributo di rimborso spese di € 10 o $15.
Le stazioni IQ delle regioni individuate al punto 8 ed interessate a partecipare al award dovranno inviare formale richiesta a: info@ariaq.it entro il 30/06/2023.
RULES
1. Purpose

From 00.00 UTC of August the 19th 2023 till 23.59 UTC of September the 3rd 2023
3. OM QSO
Award is issued following the QSO with IQs authorized stations by the ARI section of L’Aquila, as well as with the “event station” II6POPE, which will make calls: “CQ PERDONANZA CELESTINIANA / CQ CELESTIAN FORGIVENESS “, during the indicated period in point 2 of this regulation. 2-way QSOs with exchange of R/S report only (R/S/T for CW and digital modes) are valid.
The list of IQ stations participating in the award will be published on the award web page.
4. Bands
HF 3.5 – 7 – 14 – 21 – 28 MHz + WARC
The activators can be connected once a day for each band and different mode.
5. Modes
CW, SSB and Digital modes.
6. Ranking
The prize includes the ranking for hunters, visible in real time on the hamaward.cloud platform (via personal login) (see point 8).
7. Scores / QSOs
Digital Modes: 2 points. For each link, for each band and in RTTY, PSK, FT4, FT8 mode. SSB: 5 points. For each link, for each band and in SSB mode.
CW: 10 points. For each link, for each band and in CW mode.
The II6POPE station is worth 10 points regardless of the emission mode.
8. Activator stations
In addition to II6POPE: “event station”, there will be IQ stations adhering to the diploma representing the regions symbolizing the Pope Celestine V life (ABRUZZO, MOLISE, UMBRIA, LAZIO)

9. Award
The entire award management for both activators and hunters in real time is managed by the hamaward.cloud platform.
10. Disqualification
It is absolutely forbidden for hunters to request activators to log a callsign outside their own, band shift or mode. Anyone who does not observe the rules of the award will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organization.
11. Ranking and Prizes
Two rankings will be drawn up, one for Italian OMs and another for foreign OMs. The stations that have obtained the highest score for each category will receive a plaque blessed by the Bishop of the city of L’Aquila.
An event pennant will be sent to all participating IQs.
12. Award release
All participants will receive a certificate of participation, and all those who reach 200 points will receive an award with the indicated category, score and position in the standings.
The certificate and the award, in high resolution, will be downloadable from the “hamaward.cloud” platform at the end of the event. The eQSLs of each connection will be downloadable from the “hamaward.cloud” platform at any time, even during the event (to obtain your own eQSL, you need to go to hamaward.cloud: in the Dashboard, select “hunter,” choose the award, and download your own eQSL). The paper QSL can be requested directly (2 dollars or pre-stamped envelope for Italy) or via bureau to the QSL manager.
After the publication of the general results, all the Ham’s who are entitled to it, will be able to receive the diploma in parchment format, by making an explicit request via email: info@ariaq.it, by sending a contribution of € 10 or $15.
